Access the LibraRe application via the URL of the HTTP client connection string: http:/tools.epigenetic.ru/LibraRe/<assembly>/<site>/<length_min>-<length_max>

where chevrons mark the URL positions for:

• <assembly> - genome assembly according to the UCSC database (hg18 or hg19),
• <site> - nucleotide sequence of the recognition site of the restriction enzyme selected to produce genomic library,
• <length_min> and <length_max> - minimal and maximal borders of the library fragment lengths range.

For example, URL http://tools.epigenetic.ru/LibraRe/hg19/CCCGGG/110-200 provides a set of loci obtained as a result of simulation treatment of the hg19 human genome assembly with the restriction enzyme that recognizes CCCGGG site (XmaI) and subsequent size selection of fragments within the range of 110-200 bp.
