Plan an Oncology – Liquid Biopsy run from template

In the Template Name column, click on the template and the wizard opens on the Plan tab.

In the Ion Reporter tab, select
None, and click
Next.

In the Application tab, confirm
Oncology – Liquid Biopsy
and
Tag Sequencing are selected. Click
Next.

In the Kits tab, select
Oncomine cfDNA Assay. Click
Next.

In the Plugins tab, select
variantCaller_cfDNA. Click
Next.

(Optional) on the Projects tab, select a project. Click
Next.

In the Plan tab, enter a name for your run and add samples. Click
Plan Run.
