Ion PGM™ orIon Proton™ Sequencer until you are confident that the data is present on the
Torrent Server , the analysis is successful, and the Analysis Report has been generated successfully.
Verify that all files successfully transferred from the
Ion PGM™ and
Ion Proton™ Sequencers to the
Torrent Server.
(Optional) Manually transfer files by going to the
Data Management > Re-transfer, then select the
