The barcode edit feature is only for custom barcode sets that you install.
Note:
Do not edit, delete, or modify the pre-installed barcodesets
IonSet1,
IonXPress,
IonXPressRNA,
RNA_Barcode_None, or
MuSeek_5prime_tag.
Follow these steps to edit a single barcode in a custom barcode set:

Click on the ID of a barcode, such as bc03. The
Edit barcode in set page opens:

To edit the barcode details, make your changes and click
Save Barcode.
