8-column Target Regions BED File Format

An 8-column BED file format is for Fusion panels.

The additional columns are:

Field	Type	Description
Score	Unsigned int64	Score. If missing, set to "."
Strand	string (+ or -)	Strand. If unknown, set to "+".
